We are focused on the health and safety of our employees. We now have many of our employees working from home to help reduce the spread of COVID-19.
Due to COVID-19 we have reduced our phone service hours. Our phone service is now available from 8:30am to 6:00pm Atlantic Time.
Also, to serve our insureds and brokers at the high level established, we have a new email response system in place. You may now email us at email@example.com and receive a timely response.
As we are experiencing higher than normal call volumes, we recommend that brokers contact us through our new email address firstname.lastname@example.org.
