Business Operations Manager (BOM)
Reporting to the President, the BOM will be directly involved with improving business operations
and processes across the organization, to ensure a great customer experience. The individual
will be responsible for overseeing the Customer Service Representative (CSR) team and
supporting the financial processes within the team. The BOM must bring the competencies that
support the organization’s mission and values, along with the mindset, drive, and abilities to
grow and work hard to achieve business objectives.
As the ideal candidate, you possess and demonstrate strong leadership and performance
management abilities through your operations leadership experience. Strategic planning and
decision-making skills will be key to success in this role. With a proven proactive management
style, you possess good knowledge of different business functions. Strong budgeting, process
improvement, and quality management understanding is essential. With exceptional
organization, communication, and interpersonal skills, you possess strong business acumen
and are highly analytical by nature.
Education / Experience:
• Undergraduate degree in Business Administration / Management with a minimum of three
years relevant experience, including supervisory experience, in the insurance or finance
sector; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Excellent project management, budgeting and organizational skills.
• Strong customer focused service orientation, committed to achieving exceptional service
• Proven ability to lead a team and to help them achieve their full individual and collective
